Deep Sea Coral Gardens Discovered with the Help of the Schmidt Ocean Institute

Schmidt Ocean Institute’s research vehicle Falkor is used to investigate the canyon to depths of up to 13,000 feet, imaging the deep-sea coral gardens and collecting various biological and geological samples.
